We are thrilled to announce the i-EDGE workshop on nanomechanical relays for extreme environments, organized in collaboration with the IMAPS-UK Electronics for Extreme Environments conference in Cambridge, UK, on Thursday, July 2, 2026. This half-day event will explain how the silicon NEM switch technology developed as part of the i-EDGE project offers the possibility of creating low-power chips for extreme temperatures (0 K-350 °C) or high radiation levels (up to 10 Mrad).
???? Stay tuned. More information coming soon ????
